Chef di Gelato
Gio Gelati Co-founder and Chef di Gelato, Nicola Trois hails from Verona, Italy. A graduate of the prestigious ALMA (La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana), he is an expert in managing the kitchen operations and farm relations. As an international celebrity chef, Nicola is currently filming his own cooking show in Italy.

Developing new flavor experiences through the taste, aroma, texture and color of farm fresh ingredients is the passion of third generation Master Gelatiere, Patrizia Pasqualetti from Orvieto, Umbria, Italy. An offering of Patrizia’s delightful frozen gelati treats are exclusively available at Gio Gelati in the USA.

Gio Gelati Co-founder and managing the Front of House customer experience is Guido Mastropaolo, a business leader with years of executive leadership in global companies including Disney. Guido is a master in creating unforgettable customer experiences.
